Our Hotel – is a new business class hotel, 4 stars, conveniently located on the Vasilievsky Island close to the historical center of the city and the main tourist attractions of Saint Petersburg: The Hermitage, the Rostral Columns, Menshikov Palace, the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography, named after Peter the Great, the Twelve Boards of Peter I. The address – Vasilievsky Island, 50, 11th Liniya.

The detached building of the hotel has been newly built. The atrium adds to the modern style of the interior. The unusual combination of yellow, green and purple colors creates warm and cozy atmosphere.

There are 58 comfortable rooms, including:

- 6 Family
- 4 Studio Rooms

One room is especially equipped for the physically disabled people and could be provided upon request.

The hotel also features a restaurant with European cuisine and two bars, the Lobby Bar is open 24 hours a day.

Standard Single rooms feature modern design and comfortable furniture. The rooms offer single (55 inches) beds, a spacious wardrobe, well lighted writing desk, luggage rack, and LCD television. All the rooms offer minibars, safety deposit boxes, hair-driers, and telephones. Every room is equipped with satellite and pay TV, internet and Wi Fi. For the guests’ convenience there are fluffy towels and snow-white bathrobes with slippers in the bathrooms with shower cabins.

Double Standard rooms are spacious light rooms with big windows. The rooms feature modern design and comfortable furniture. In the rooms there are either queen-size beds or two twin beds, which could be joined upon request, a spacious wardrobe, well lighted writing desk, luggage rack, and LCD television. In some of the double rooms a small table with arm-chairs make a cozy and relaxing corner. Family rooms overlook the roofs of the old city. Apart from the Queen size bed they also feature a sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping place, a spacious wardrobe, well lighted writing desk, and LCD television. Studio rooms are the biggest rooms of the hotel (37 sq.m.)
